TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Services
1.1 Into The New Coaching ("We," "Us") provides coaching services as outlined on our
website. Services are confirmed upon receipt of a signed client agreement and required
payment.
2. Payments
2.1 Full or partial payment is required to secure 1:1 and Group Coaching bookings, as
specified in your client agreement. Payment plans must be agreed in writing. Late
payments may incur fees. Digital product purchases require payment in full at point of
purchase.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 100% fee return of the full
session.
3.2 Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice and must occur within 6 months.
3.3 If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances [including but not limited to illness,
technical failures, or natural disasters], you will be offered priority rescheduling or a 10%
discount on your next session. Refunds for cancellations follow Section 4 guidelines.
4. Refunds
4.1 Unused sessions may be refunded if requested in writing within 48 hours of the
session, minus a 10% administrative fee.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Content (e.g., worksheets, guides, digital materials) are for personal use only.
Unauthorised sharing or commercial use is prohibited and unauthorised use may result in
legal action or termination of access. Digital content [including the website] is copyrighted
and may not be repurposed.
6. Group Coaching
Sessions require minimum enrolment and may be cancelled/rescheduled by us with
notice [by email and/or SMS]. No refunds for individual no-shows. Participants agree to
maintain confidentiality and respectful behaviour.
6.1. Participation & Conduct:
- Participants in group sessions agree to respectful communication. We reserve the
right to remove anyone disruptive without refund."
6.2. Confidentiality:
- What’s shared in the group stays within the group. Participants must not record
sessions or share others’ personal stories."
6.3. Late/Missed Sessions:
- Group sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded for individual absences.
Recordings (if offered) may be provided at our discretion.
6.4. Minimum Enrolment:- If the group fails to meet minimum enrolment, we may reschedule or cancel, offering a full refund or alternative options.
7. Digital Products
Downloads/courses are non-refundable and licensed for personal use only. Redistribution
or commercial use violates these terms. Should there be any defect in the digital product,
please report this within 14 days of purchase.
7.1. Access & Usage
- Digital products (e.g., courses, guides) are for personal use only. Sharing logins or
distributing files is prohibited.
7.2. No Refunds:
- Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable unless defective or not as
described.
7.3. Technical Issues:
- We’re not liable for technical problems outside our control (e.g., internet outages), but
will assist with access issues where possible.
7.4. Updates/Discontinuation
- We may update or discontinue products with notice. Purchasers retain access to prior
versions unless otherwise stated.
8. Liability
8.1 Coaching is not a substitute for medical or therapeutic care. You are responsible for
your own decisions and outcomes.
8.2 We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from your use of our
services.
8.3 Coaching/digital tools are provided in the best interests of the client but not
guaranteed.
9. Privacy
9.1 Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to
our use of cookies and data practices.
10. Changes to Terms
10.1 We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes
acceptance of changes. In the case of dispute resolution, parties agree to first attempt
mediation before litigation.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be
resolved through the oversight of UK Law.
